Housing Problem Solving

If you don’t meet the Omaha – MACCH ERAP requirements and are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness, or experiencing a COVID-19 related housing crisis, you may be able to receive some housing-related financial assistance from our Housing Problem Solving Partners through existing private, philanthropic funds and Douglas County public funds for those who live in Douglas County.

Federal stimulus dollars for emergency rental assistance are now available for those in Iowa and for those in Nebraska who live outside of the City of Omaha and Douglas County.

Federal emergency rental assistance funds are not yet available for residents of the City of Omaha or Douglas County.  Each jurisdiction with federal emergency rental assistance may vary on eligibility and process.
