MACCH is taking online ERAP applications
Property Owners, Landlords,
& Property Managers With Tenants Living in Omaha
Each property owner, landlord, or property management company must complete a landlord profile prior to completing their portion of an application submitted by a tenant or before initiating an application on behalf of a tenant.
You will only need to complete your Landlord Profile one time.
The profile will require you to provide your legal business name and address and other information required for payment and IRS reporting. You must still complete a profile even if you have already provided MACCH or one of its partner organizations with a W-9 or similar information.
This new process will allow us to better assist your tenants.
Property owners may initiate an application on behalf of their tenant(s). Prior to initiating an application, the property owner or property manager must get their tenant’s permission and should also ensure that their tenant hasn’t already applied. Duplicate applications will delay assistance.
Property owners cannot submit a list of multiple tenants or complete a bulk application. Each tenant will require a signed Tenant Authorization Form and you will be required to provide information for each tenant for whom you are initiating an application.
Your tenant(s) will also be required to complete their portion of the application and determined eligible prior to full review and approval decision. If your tenant already applied, watch your email for your portion of the application.
