Property Owners, Landlords,
& Property Managers With Tenants Living in Omaha

  1. Verification Form

      • Once a specialist has reviewed your tenant’s portion of the application, we will  send you a link to complete a verification form. You will need to have an  updated ledger (transaction history and amount due) available to upload to  the form.
      • You will need to complete a Verification for each tenant who applies.
  1. Profile

      • In order to receive payment, we need each landlord or property management  company to complete ONE Landlord Profile. Please do not complete more  than 1 profile.
      • Call 2-1-1 if you are unsure if you have already completed the form.
  1. Check Property Ownership

      • Please visit the Douglas County Assessor to verify that your name is listed as  the owner of the property. If not, you will need to contact the County  Assessor’s office to update the ownership information with them.  If the Douglas County Assessor shows that you reside at the same address as  your tenant, you will be required to:
        • Provide documents that show a history of rental payments with bank statements, payment app screenshots, or check deposit receipts.
        • Register your property here: City of Omaha Rental Registration.
