This program is open to those in the city limits of Omaha who are current renters and who meet initial eligibility requirements.  Assistance can be provided for rent and utilities.

Completed applications will be prioritized for consideration according to Treasury guidelines: if one or more individuals in the household has been unemployed for the 90 days prior to the application for assistance, or if the household income is at or below 50 percent of the area median income.
